  1. Chill: Ensure the bottle is ice-cold before opening.

  2. The Base: Fill your glasses with ice and pour approximately 75% of the liquid.

  3. The Secret: With the remaining 25% in the bottle, replace the cap and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

  4. The Finish: Gently pour the freshly created foam over the drinks and garnish with three coffee beans.

Pro Tip: Give it room to breathe. Professional-grade foam needs space to move. This method works like magic when serving 5–6 drinks at once, as the empty space in the 70 cl bottle creates the perfect "shaking room" for a dense, creamy head.
